Island Visual Solutions provide a varying range of support and maintenance
options for our business systems customers as well as support and
training services for companies who have not purchased our products.
Annual Support
and Maintenance Contract
All Island
Visual Solutions products come with a 30 day Warranty period. During
this time, all support is provide free of charge. At the end of this
period, an Annual Support and Maintenance contract can be taken out.
This contract provides :
Unlimited phone support through
our Help Desk during business hours - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays
Australian Eastern Standard time
On-site support where deemed necessary
by Island Visual Solutions
Free version upgrades for installed
modules during the term of the contract
Remote Modem Support - installed
as part of any Island Visual Solutions installation
Support Contracts can be configured
for installed modules or for a customer site covering all modules
installed at that location. Extended Support contracts are also
available for periods outside of out normal business hours.
Upgrade
Policy
To ‘Future Proof’ our applications, our policy
is one of continual module updates rather than less frequent releases
of new versions every 12 - 18 months. This way our clients are always
running the latest version. Regular updates impose no burden on
our clients as this can be achieved quickly and efficiently through

Time
and Materials Support
Clients not
wishing to enter into an annual contract can still have access to
support on a casual Time and Materials basis. Time and Materials covers
any required type of support including :

Training for specified modules
Time and Materials support has no annual
or up-front fee but is charged on a cost for time spent basis.
Time and Materials support does not
cover any form of module upgrade. Customers without an Annual Support
Contract wishing to upgrade any module of business system will be
subject to paying an upgrade fee.
Upgrade fees are module dependant and
are quoted based on customer requirements.
Training
Island Visual
Solutions provide extensive training options for all of our products
as well as popular Windows applications. Free training is provided
with the initial purchase of any module and is structured to suit
our client's needs. Additional fee based training is available at
any time.
Bookkeeping
Services
Development
of business system solutions requires extensive accounting, tax and
best business practices knowledge. Island Visual Solutions make this
knowledge available to our customers with our Business Bookkeeping
