Direct
Sales Management (DSM) is a complete management package designed
specifically for the direct selling industry. It caters for all modes
of operation including Party Plan, Multilevel Marketing, Network Marketing,
Direct Marketing and Door to Door. First available in 1995, it is
now in its third generation release.
DSM
is a suite of specialized modules that manage the various direct
selling functions including Consultant sales team structure, performance
and commissions, Product stock control, consignment stock, purchase
orders and dispatch, Customer database, Customer marketing tools
and integrating associated financial information to General Ledger,
Creditors and Debtors modules.
Recognizing
that each direct selling company has its own mode of operation,
commission plan and business rules, DSM's base structure includes
the ability to custom code your rules into a unique solution. Because
of our extensive experience with this environment and existence
of proven standard modules, this process is quick and very cost
effective.
Direct
Sales Management has been designed from the ground up to be
integrated into your Internet Web Site with features that include
on-line inquiries for consultant position and performance, on-line
ordering, Recruiting Centre, as well as e-commerce sales direct
to the public. If your company does not have a web site we can provide
one or provide custom services to link it to your Direct Sales Management
package.
Operating
Environment. Direct Sales Management operates under all later
Windows operating systems including Windows 98, ME, NT, Windows
2000 and XP. It can operate on a single PC or across a network of
connected systems, and grow from a single PC to a fully networked
system. The standard database is Microsoft SQL Server Desktop which
can be expanded into a full SQL Server installation as company needs
grow.
Island

business solution we can provide other services to ensure a successful
installation. These services include Installation, Training, Data
